Key Responsibilities:
System Optimization: Design and implement efficient production management frameworks to enhance team capabilities; Ensure stable and high-efficiency operations of production systems
Quality & Standardization: Develop production standards and quality plans through prototype analysis; Monitor entire production processes to achieve quality targets
Planning & Efficiency: Create detailed production plans using continuous flow balancing techniques; Eliminate bottlenecks through line optimization to guarantee on-time delivery; Continuously improve production efficiency
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration/Industrial Engineering
Technical: Prototype development, quality management, production planning, continuous flow balancing
Language: Fluent in English (listening/speaking/reading/writing)
Strict attention to detail with proactive problem-solving mindset
Strong stress tolerance and team leadership
Continuous improvement orientation aligned with company values
岗位职责：
负责设计并实施高效的生产管理组织架构与流程制度，提升团队专业能力，确保生产系统稳定、高效运行。
运用样包制作与深度分析能力，精准制定生产标准与质量计划，并全程监控生产过程，确保产品质量目标达成。
负责制定精细化的生产计划，并通过平衡连续流和生产线优化技术，消除瓶颈，保障订单按时交付，持续提升生产效率。
岗位要求：
本科及以上学历，工商企业管理等相关专业。有一定的英语能力。
具备样包制作及分析能力、质量管理能力、计划管理能力、平衡连续流排车能力。
符合公司价值观，工作严谨，注重细节，积极主动，具备良好的抗压能力和团队领导力，有持续的改善意识。
