MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Define and manage data governance working mechanisms (including vehicle data security management system) in Audi China;
Implement data ownership principles in Audi China;
Implement data asset management in Audi China;
Support mandatory request from Chinese government;
Support data analysis and application in Audi China;
Define data architecture management in Audi China.
RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
Define and manage data governance working mechanisms (including vehicle data security management system) in Audi China
Compile data governance regulation and processes.
Manage the implementation of data governance
Implement data ownership principles in Audi China
Define and nominate data owners across BU(s);
Clarify roles and responsibilities for data ownership.
Implement data asset management in Audi China
Implement data governance technical tools;
Define and support data related operations based on technical solutions;
Promote data sharing and monetization.
Support mandatory request from Chinse government
Support projects according to mandatory request
Responsible for vehicle related data facts collection and confirmation for mandatory request
Support data analysis and application in Audi China
Enable BU(s) to generate more data analytics and make sure in compliance.
Use data governance methodologies to lower data application redundancy.
Define data architecture management in Audi China
Oversee and review data architecture across company to define optimization solutions.
Special Task:
Cross-border transfer (potentially applicable)
Assist the cross-border transfer security assessment done by CAC
Vehicle data security management system (potentially required by GB44464)
Necessary education:
Master or bachelor degree in Cyber & Data Security, law, policy, Information Technology, Business related major
Personal skills:
Strong communication skills towards various target groups, intercultural oriented
Consulting background
Demonstrate high integrity, flexibility, willingness and consciousness of responsibility
Negotiation, assertion and implementation abilities
Working experience (in years):
5+ years above practicing experience e.g. data governance area
Previous experience in international environment and/or in-house data governance management, R&D, digitalization preferred
Professional in data governance topics, expert in providing data asset management
Proficient in data security laws and regulations, such as DSL etc.
Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
Knowledge of Auto industry specific data security regulation
Good presentation skills and fluent English
German is a plus
