Image Events Supervisor

The incumbent is responsible to support both retail and corporate events for improvement of retail KPI and promote the brand image.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and on-site support both retail and corporate events and ensuring execution is in line with brand standards;

• Propose creative ideas on new retail event formats based on the market needs.

• Liaise with HQ Event team to implement WWD guidelines efficiently;

• Vendor selection, quotation review

• Retail event budget control and handling of payment procedures (PO creation, payment voucher & contract management)

• Responsible for post event report preparation
