Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Chevalier (E & M Contracting) Limited, a subsidiary of Chevalier Group, is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position:

岗位职责
- Responsible for full Quantity Surveying duty for pre & post contract stage, including cost planning, budget control, tender analysis, procurement management, cost monitoring, final accounts of the projects
- Assist in procurement and management of subcontractors
- Compile and update commercial accounts and records
- Conduct site visit and keep up to date site activities and progress
- Proactive and provide solutions to resolve issues with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Seek continuous improvement and innovation to ensure Project delivery and boost profitability
- Help in maintaining project positive cash flow

岗位要求
- Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Building Construction Industry, with 2 years Quantity surveying experience will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of computer applications in MS Office
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong supervisory, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about job and strong career mind

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
