ATE test engineer

Job description：

1. Formulate product test requirements analysis, chip test plan, testability design;

2.Design load board, probe card, socket and other mass production related test hardware;

3. Develop CP, FT test program and put it on the machine Debug and optimize the test program to achieve the expected goals of test stability and consistency and test time;

4. Find and solve test problems by analyzing mass production test data;

5. Organize test reports, write test specifications and other related documents;

6. Instruct the relevant engineers of the factory to solve the problems encountered in the production process;

7. Analyze and verify the product feedback from customers, provide test data and product test performance;

Qualifications：

1. More than three years of relevant engineering experience in electronic engineering with the bachelor degree or more than two years of relevant engineering experience with the master degree;

2. Familiar with the test process, proficient in test scheme design and ATE test program development;

3. Have relevant experience in PCB hardware design;

4.Experience in C/VB programming and design, and having labview Programming experience would be an asset;

5. Experience in the following products would be an asset, like AD/DA RF, etc.;

6. Proficiency in using commonly used test instruments, such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.;

7. Good independent working ability and responsibility, good communication and teamwork skill.
