OP-Production Management Engineer (Representative in Factory)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for OSAT manufacturer’s order management, mass production WIP tracking and coordinating with OSAT manufacturers to ensure that the output meets the shipping requirements;

2. Responsible for OSAT manufacturer’s quality control, production process, monitoring and handling the abnormal, and making internal report;

3. Promote the continuous improvement of the foundry and enhance the mass production capacity and product quality;

4. Responsible for factory quality audit;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than two years of relevant work experience, OSAT foundry or in-plant management experience would be an asset;

2. Accept business trips;

3. Strong learning ability, proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork skills;
