Overseas Business Management Trainee

Position Requirements:

1. Participate in job rotations across multiple functions within the overseas business, become familiar with business processes such as overseas markets, commercial bidding, project delivery, and customer relationship management, and master knowledge of the company's energy-related products.

2. Assist in conducting overseas market research and customer engagement, participate in organizing commercial materials and bidding documents, and support the advancement of overseas projects.

3. Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on project implementation, maintain overseas customer relationships, and participate in overseas market-related business activities.

4. After completing the rotation, be assigned to a specific position and may be dispatched to overseas local subsidiaries to carry out business work.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in International Trade, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Foreign Languages, or related fields.

2. English CET-6 or above, with fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in minor languages such as Spanish or French is preferred.

3. Possess good communication and document-writing skills, along with strong learning ability and stress tolerance.

4. Identify with the company's globalization strategy and be able to accept work arrangements involving overseas business trips.
