Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will a lead a sizable team and be assigned with the company hero products. You will be responsible for both pre-launch and post-launch marketing campaigns. You will formulate the marketing strategies, monitor the execution and analyse the performance. You will have to carry out market intelligence and market research activities in order to enhance marketing programs' efficiency. You will closely monitor the budget for each project, P&L and calculate the ROI at the end. You will be analyse the behavior of targeted customers and future trends.

Requirement

Degree holder in marketing or related discipline

15 years or above in brand / trade marketing experience in FMCG industry, plus at least 5 years of team management experience

Able to work in a fast-pace environment

Good team player, creativity, able to multi-task

Possess a positive attitude
