About Our Client

Our client was established in Hong Kong in the early 60s as a direct subsidiary of a reputable Japanese firm. They position themselves as a Commercial Solution Provider that specialise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). The company acts as a catalyst for businesses to ameliorate flexibility and productivity whilst minimising costs. Their wide spectrum of services, ranging from document processing to printing, have always been delivered with pristine quality which allowed them to dominate the industry since 2000. To sustain such high standards, they are now looking for a talented General Manager to join their team and oversee their business processes in Hong Kong.

Job Description

As a General Manager, you would be responsible for formulating both long term and short term objectives and executing them in alignment with the company’s values. You should also monitor and supervise teams to ensure performances in key projects and processes are consistently up to expectations. To further ensure targets are met, you should also offer supports in tenders and projects submission and monitor P&L for assigned regions.

Requirements

Degree educate 10 years or above of work experience in management position

Competent in performance & proficiency management, staffing management and financial planning and strategy management

Strong leadership, communication and time management skills

Sound in decision making

Confident to work in a multi-cultural environment

Committed, ambitious, positive and open-minded

Remuneration
