Job Description
Be responsible for the profit and loss of the stores and explore profit-making opportunities of the brand.
Lead and manage the strategic development of the brand in Hong Kong, and responsible for the day to day operation of their retail stores.
Set targets and objectives for the retail stores, to motivate staffs in order to provide high standard of service.
Requirement
Degree educated is highly preferable 8 years or above retail store management experiences plus supervision experiences
Good communication in spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Experience in people management is a plus
Result oriented and determined
