Job Descriptions:
Identify training needs, prepare and maintain training course materials
Implement training programs for staff (including day-to-day operating procedures, customer service skills, service and product training)
Develop creative and innovative ways to present training programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training offerings delivered and improve the content whenever necessary
Work closely with related parties to conduct different training and development programs
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 5 years' training and development experience in healthcare or retail industries
Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills
Creative ways in delivering training programs
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and English
