Job Descriptions:

Manage in daily operations in terms of in-store operations efficiency, manpower planning, talent development.

Lead and encourage frontline team on reaching shop targets and provide high quality CS

Closely work with Shop Supervisors to evaluate sales activity

Coach frontline team on CS skills; host training sessions when necessary

Communicate cross functional teams on marketing activities

Educate and improve operational strategies to enhance daily operations

Prepare operational analysis, routine reports and recommendations to facilitate management decision making.

Requirements

Degree holder or above

3+years of working experience in chain store. Beauty industry is preferred;

Strong leadership skills with positive and can do attitude

Strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and data driven

Immediate availability is highly preferred
