Job Description:
Deliver comprehensive pet nutrition training to new associates as part of their induction process.
Develop and implement training programs specifically designed for Consumer Care advisors and Sales Representatives (Advocacy & SPT) to ensure effective advocacy.
Create and continuously update training materials for all product trainings, including tailored content for new product launches and specific functional requirements.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with influential Key Opinion Leaders within the veterinary community.
Serve as the primary point of contact with key industry and professional bodies.
Actively participate in global and regional Scientific Affairs Community of Practice.
Provide valuable veterinary consultancy on business-critical projects assigned by the Cluster GM/Leadership Team.
Assist with Veterinary New Product Development (NPD) discussions as and when required
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic or a veterinary background.
Strong training skills for both internal and external training initiatives.
Proficiency in oral and written English and Cantonese. Other languages, a plus.
Excellent grasp of product knowledge and its application in the field.
