What you will do:
Find top Talents via searching, job adds posting, sourcing, screening, networking and lead generation
Make hiring recommendations to ensure successful placement of your Candidates
Develop New Businesses by identifying new opportunities and key clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing Clients and Candidates
Perform other ad hoc duties
Who you are:
Proven track record of success in a customer-facing/ sales role, preferably within hospitality (2+ years of experience)
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals quickly and effectively.
Self-motivated, results-oriented and eager to learn new things.
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Additional languages, always a plus!
