Responsbilities:
Maintain and repair advanced energy-based devices, using your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Provide hands-on technical support in clinics, hospitals, and medical aesthetics centers, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring our Client's technologies operate flawlessly.
Contribute to service contract renewals by consistenly exceeding customer expectations and showcasing the value of the Company's devices.
Collaborate with colleagues, including Supervisor, on service reporting and product demonstrations, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Be open to tackling ad hoc projects and seizing opportunities to learn and grow within the exciting world of medical technology.
Requirements:
Our Client is looking for someone who:
Holds a Degree or Higher Diploma in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), with a keen interest in medical technology.
2+ years of experience in servicing or engineering medical devices, specifically laser-based technologies.
Embraces a "can-do" attitude, demonstrating continuous learning, self-motivation, and team spirit.
Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
Navigates the digital world like a pro with strong PC skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
