Run material requirement planning (MRP)

● Release delivery-order/purchase-order to the suppliers. Track the confirmation and shipment.

Expedite/de-expedite orders, to cope with the changes of production schedule and the customer

requirement

● Monitor and report supplier delivery performance and take pro-active steps to ensure on time

delivery. Manage supplier pull system when required

● Support assessing the sales order with respect to material availability

● Support lean principles by update the PFEP database, initiatives of MCIP and inventory reduction,

and DMS implementation
